Volunteering offers vital help to people and organizations in need, provides various assistance to worthwhile causes and positively impacts our community. But, did you know what else volunteering does? Volunteering actually helps reduce stress, keep you mentally stimulated and provides a sense of purpose. As a contributor to the community, SHRM Mid-Florida  looks for local opportunities to engage with our community and assist where needed.
